• To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

2. Products not eligible for exchanges and returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Items that show damage caused by the customer.

3. Process to request an exchange or return

4. Shipping costs
