• To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

2. Products not eligible for exchanges and returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Personal items (underwear, cosmetics, etc.).

• Customized or custom-made products.

• Items that show damage caused by the customer.

3. Process to request an exchange or return

1. Send an email with your order number, product details, and reason for your request.

2. Our team will respond within 7 business days with instructions for the process.

4. Shipping costs
